Overview

Myparcels (“we”, “us”) helps you store and scan retail return QR codes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Myparcels app and myparcels.app.

What we store on your device

Myparcels is local-first. The QR codes, barcodes, courier labels, remarks and images you add are stored on your device so they load instantly and work offline.

What we collect

  • Account details (email address) if you choose to create an account or sign in with Google.
  • Basic diagnostic data such as crash reports and anonymous usage counts.
  • Support correspondence you send to us by email.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, keep your account working across devices where you have enabled that, fix faults, and respond to your questions.

Retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the item or uninstall the app. If you hold an account, email us and we will delete it and any associated records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
